Our Policies
At Perona, Langer, Beck and Harrison, we want to make superior quality legal representation available to everyone regardless of their financial situation. This is why we always offer free initial consultations, and in most of our practice areas we take clients on a contingency fee basis. We cover all costs associated with preparing the case, and we only ask for reimbursement if we win a settlement for the client.
Because we recognize that every case must be handled as a collaboration between client and attorney, we strive to be fully available to our clients when they need us. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 to 5 and Friday 8:30 to 4:30. We respond to all calls and emails promptly within one business day, and all matters are kept strictly confidential by all of our staff members.

What happens after I submit my case?
Once we receive your online submission, we will reply by phone the same day. If you contact us after business hours, we will call you the following day. During the week our business hours are 8am – 5pm. On the weekends we are here 8am-6pm on Saturday and 9am-5pm on Sunday. For worker’s compensation inquires we extend our hours till 10 pm Monday-Friday. We will provide you with a free consultation with absolutely no obligation. While the information you submit is treated as confidential, please note that no attorney-client relationship exists until a retainer agreement is signed.

I don't live anywhere near your offices. Do I have to travel to your office?
We can handle your case without you needing to go out of your way to visit our law office. We will tell you if you have a case right over the phone. We can also send our field representative to meet with you, at your convenience, to handle necessary paperwork or we can handle it all electronically. We try to make the legal process as easy as possible for all our clients.
