He was a member of the Board of Governors of Consumer Attorneys of California. In 2014 and 2015 Ron Beck was named Super Lawyer, a distinction only 5% of Southern California Attorneys are awarded.

TODD H. HARRISON
Mr. Harrison is the Managing Partner of the Employment Law Division at PLBH. He primarily focuses his practice on workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, overtime and minimum wage claims, class actions, whistle-blower claims and wrongful terminations.

Mr. Harrison is the Managing Partner of the Employment Law Division at PLBH. He primarily focuses his practice on workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, overtime and minimum wage claims, class actions, whistle-blower claims and wrongful terminations.
Mr. Harrison has represented thousands of employees against some of the biggest companies and corporations in the nation. He has obtained millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts and judgments for injured employees and consumers.
Mr. Harrison is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Harrison is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles, California Employment Lawyers Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association, Employment Law Section.
Todd H. Harrison has been named by Law & Politics, in conjunction with the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine, a Southern California Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, a distinction given to 2.5% of Southern California lawyers who are either under 40 years of age or have been in practice for less than 10 years. From 2015-2021, Todd was named a Super Lawyer, a distinction only 5% of Southern California Attorneys are awarded.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Harrison was a two-time Emmy Award winning television broadcaster. For nearly nine years, he was involved in some of the country’s biggest news and entertainment stories, interviewing everyone from the President of the United States and other world leaders to celebrities and professional athletes. In his free time Todd is an avid martial artist. He has a black belt in Cephas Karate Jujitsu Elite and a blue belt in Ascension Brazilian Jujitsu.

BRENNAN S. KAHN
Mr. Kahn has been an active Plaintiff’s litigator in the counties of San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Kern for several years. Prior to joining the law firm of Perona, Langer, Beck and Harrison in 2009, Mr. Kahn was admitted to the California Bar in December 2008 after obtaining his Juris Doctorate in May 2008 from the University San Diego School of Law.

BRENNAN S. KAHN
Soon after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008, Mr. Kahn joined Perona, Langer, Beck and Harrison. After working for PLBH for eight years, Mr. Kahn earned his role as partner with PLBH in 2017.
Prior to law school and joining PLBH in 2009, Mr. Kahn acquired his Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in 2005, intending to use his psychological background for the benefit of his many future clients as an attorney. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Kahn’s practice has been primarily centered in employment law, but also includes business litigation, contract formation, intellectual property, and business formation and structure. He also routinely performs pro bono work for a variety of destitute clients who need his assistance. Mr. Kahn is experienced in all matters of litigation including individual actions, class actions, contract formation, law and motion, depositions, negotiations, mediation, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, trial and appeals.
Mr. Kahn is currently admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central District Federal Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He is also currently a member of a variety of professional legal organizations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Advocate Attorneys of Los Angeles, and California Employment Lawyers Association, among others. Such admissions and associations provide Mr. Kahn the opportunity to practice law in a large geographic area. Since 2009, Mr. Kahn has been an active Plaintiff’s litigator in the counties of San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Kern, Sonoma and Contra Costa. He has also appeared Pro Hac Vice in cases venued in the states of Arizona and North Carolina, been named as class counsel in multiple class action litigations and been an attorney of record on a number of published California appellate decisions.
For more than decade, Mr. Kahn has successfully prosecuted his client’s claims up through final verdict and even appeal, while also acquiring tens of millions of dollars in settlements for the benefit of his many clients. These successes have also resulted in Mr. Kahn’s wide recognition by the legal community. In June 2022, as a result of his $464.5 million verdict in the matter of Martinez et al. v. Southern California Edison Company et al., Mr. Kahn was named national “Trial Attorney of the Week” by ALM and Law.com, a national publication and website. In the years 2022 and 2023, Mr. Kahn has also been named a Super Lawyer, which is a distinction provided to only 5% of Southern California Attorneys. Earlier in his legal career, for five consecutive years from 2016 through 2020, Mr. Kahn had also been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction given to fewer than 2.5% of attorneys in California, all of whom are either under the age of 40 or have been practicing law for fewer than 10 years.

JERRY C. CHANG
Mr. Chang obtained his BA degrees at the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration and Cinema Television Business. Jerry Chang is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department and a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the California State bar.

Jerry joined the firm in 2010 after practicing extensively in contract and real estate law. Jerry received his B.S in Business Administration and Cinema Television from the University of Southern California and J.D. from Loyola Law School, receiving full academic scholarships for both institutions. As a seasoned litigator, Jerry has extensive expertise in all aspects of Worker’s Compensation law. Mr. Carr focuses his practice on securing Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits for his clients. Prior to joining PLBH in 2012, he was a Supervising Attorney and Associate Director with a national Social Security Disability law firm. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and has helped secure Social Security benefits for hundreds of disabled clients.

Mr. Carr focuses his practice on securing Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits for his clients. Prior to joining PLBH in 2012, he was a Supervising Attorney and Associate Director with a national Social Security Disability law firm. Mr. Carr received his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2010 where he was a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation. NICK SANDOMIRSKY

DAVID ARBURN

Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in Orange, CA.

Mykhal Ofili joined Perona, Langer, Beck, and Harrison in 2022. Mr. Ofili earned a bachelor’s degree, in Political Science, from California State University- Northridge in 2012. After passing the California Bar in 2016, Mr. Ofili worked for civil litigation firm CKB Vienna, LLP in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Mr. Ofili then opened his own practice. As a solo attorney, Mr. Ofili handled hundreds of matters including Civil, Criminal, and Family Law cases. He has extensive experience litigating cases from inception through trial. Mr. Ofili was selected as a Super Lawyer’s rising star in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

AMY ZAVIDOW
Ms. Zavidow practices employment law, focusing on discrimination and retaliation claims, workplace harassment, whistle-blower claims, wage and hour claims, and wrongful terminations. Ms. Keough obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Pepperdine University in 2007 and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Ms. Keough has been practicing workers’ compensation since 2012 and exclusively the rights of injured workers since 2016. Prior to that she practiced employment law. She litigated cases throughout California, including Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Ms. Keough is committed about advocating for the rights of injured workers.
In her free time, Jasmine enjoys swimming, cooking, and traveling with her family.
